The 20 Kg Dumbbell Set is an adjustable weight pack consisting of dumbbell handles and plates conveniently packed in a hard plastic carry case. The plates are of a standard 29mm inner hole diameter, means this package can be used a starting point on which you may build on as required with our free weights, weight plates.
